Q: How do I order my tickets?
A:. Shop our site for the best prices on Disney World tickets, Sea World tickets and Universal Studios tickets. You will then receive an email confirming the tickets ordered, price of total order, and directions to our Orlando pickup location.

Q: We are staying at a Westgate Property in Orlando. Can we pick up our tickets at Westgate?
A: Yes, enjoy the best Disney ticket prices in town and pick them up in the lobby anytime during your Westgate vacation.
Q: How soon before I arrive in Florida do I have to order my tickets?
A: Order anytime. Orders are availabe for pickup as soon as the order is placed.
Q: Will I receive tickets or vouchers?
A: You will receive your tickets in voucher form. The safest way to purchase your tickets today is through voucher, not hard tickets.
Payment Options
Q: I am ordering tickets with my credit card, but someone else will be picking up the tickets. Is this ok?
A: To protect our guests, only the cardholder will be able to pick up the vouchers at the designated welcome center. We ask for guests to show proof of identification and provide the credit card used in the original purchase to obtain the vouchers.
Pick-up/Delivery
Q: Where do we pick up our vouchers?
A: Upon ordering your tickets from our agents, you will receive an email confirming your order and providing directions to our pickup location.

Canceling or Changing an Order
Q: Can I change my order?
